I
gave a the Flexi-Stripper a good work out on Saturday and I
have to admit to being impressed, you just forget its there.
When doing long strips I found I had to pull it down below my
waist so the tray was around the tops of my legs and almost
had a memorable moment when I decided to reposition whilst forgetting
the stripper was there, however I have since learned the Penguin
"wobble" and all is well again. Seriously , it works
well if you just tighten the belt and attach it to your leg
!!!!! Its very light and comfortable to wear.
I used shooting heads with lines which normally tangle/catch
around every so**ing thing on the banks and the stripper coped
admirably. This is a cracking, innovative product which I found
improved my running line control and aided distance casting.

"I
Gave the Flexi Stripper ago this morning. When I first looked
at it, I thought, “well I don't think this will be much good”,
so got the rod tackled up and give it a go, cast the line out
, retrieved it back , with all manner of retrieves, figure of
eight, small pulls and long pulls, what a mess was laying on
the Flexi Stripper, coils and coils laying on top of each other,
right lets see if this will go back out, no problem,2nd , 3rd
go out it went ,after about 20 goes I was looking at it in a
new light, one thing I noticed straight away was how the line
went further and with more line speed, I would of never thought
that a line just laying on short grass would have so much drag,
so when you have got a load of snags at your feet it will be
a real God send, you know the sort of thing , fish rising about
20 yards out , you go to cover him, fire out a nice long cast
, only for the line to snag on the smallest thing you can see
, 5 yards short , fish spooked , game over!! Also when the line
is on the Flexi Stripper you can walk about, no need to reel
the line back on the reel or carry loads of loops of line in
your hand, which always end up in a mess, it stays were it is
put on the Flexi Stripper and away you go fishing straight away.
Love it!"

"An
absolutely indispensable piece of equipment, especially when
fishing from a boat, is the Flexi-Stripper from Bjarne Fries.
It is functioning far better than any conventional line tray,
is much smaller and lighter and very tuff. In my own practical
fishing it ended the messing up of loose line from the first
day I stared using it. In the meantime I use it for 90% of my
fishing."

"I just can't believe I've struggled for so long! I bough
the Flexi-Stripper because of the claims about the Salmon lines
and they are absolutely correct! No more tangled sinking lines
for me. Thanks so much!"

I first came across this [Flexi-Stripper] during a casting lesson
with Carl [Hutchinson]. He was using it and kindly demonstrated
it to me. I have a cheap folding stripping basket that I have
always had trouble with. If one loop falls out, the rest follow
it! This [Flexi-Stripper] has solved that problem completely.
One happy customer!

"I
was sent a Flexi-Stripper to try and I have to say I'm very
impressed.
For
such a simple design it works wonderfully. I can't fault it."

"I've
just received the Flexi-stripper you sent me and I tried it
out today at Rutland. It was unbelievable! I usually have problems
all day with tangles in the running line of my Fast sinking
lines (DI5 and DI7). I used it both around my waist (and it's
very comfortable off to the side when sitting) and also, as
you suggested, on the bottom of the boat between my feet. Either
way it keeps the lines tangle free and out of harms way. I wish
I'd found it years ago!"
